This initial process is what sets our studio apart and where we work with you to carve out a unique concept that will drive the entire project.

This phase is where we take all of the designs we have created (and refined) and now turn them into contractor ready design documents that the project can literally be built from.

BUILD AND PROJECT ADMIN.
​The Construction Phase is one of the most anticipated as you start seen your project taking shape and in short time ready to enjoy. While most of the project design work is done before any building begins, our consistent presence during the construction phase is equally important.

PROPOSAL &DEPOSIT
After our initial call and reviewing our notes with our visionary design team we will put a design proposal together and it will send out to you along with a deposit amount link to schedule your project in our pipeline.

KICK-OFF CALL
A pinnacle point of our creative design process is out kick-off call where we get deeper into all posibilities.

SCHEMATIC DESIGN

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
The schematic design process will shape the project overall form while simultaneously developing a workable set of floor plans.
Using modern design software our team of visionary designers will create a detailed 3D model that will refine the home's exterior and interior structure simultaneously.

BIDDING & VALUE ENGINEEING

HOA / BUILDING DEPARTMENT
Once a set of design documents is finalized in the previous phase, that set will be sent out for bidding. In the Bidding & Value Engineering phase we collect quotes from multiple contractors and solidify a realistic budget for the construction cost of the project.
a lot of design firm leave this very important section out and not for a good reason other then to make themselves look good, however this is where your HOA and Local Building agencies will see your full project for the first time, and this process in to ensure construction quality and safety for your family and friends
